Politics within the US have been manipulated and narrowed to look like there could only be two valid political parties. Only two valid options to not only remove from you the understanding of your real choices, but to have something to point to and be opposed to in a way that makes you revalidate tha system.

How many people on the “left” would have voted for a democrat running on the idea of having the most lethal military in the world if not up against a Trump? But people were championing her. Not demanding better from her, defending her from any critique rather.
And every 4 years we will always have a villain to make you invest in the US project for an election cycle because the people in power don’t lose anything when a twice impeached president gets elected. They lose something when you build power without them.

So, as the US carries out the beginnings of it’s invasion on Venezuela (a picture of sucessful resistance), we must be Extremely cognizant of any moments where we find ourselves on the side of the US. Because the US probably manufactured those conditions to ensure there’d be a way to coax you into reinvesting.
